Winter 2025 Housing Information
Winter Break Housing
We plan for all residence halls to be open for winter break with limited services. Students must complete a winter housing application to remain on campus for winter break. This will ensure proper ID card access to your building and allow the use of your food plan. Please note that students living on South Campus need to manage their own transportation to East Campus to access the dining hall.
Winter housing applications will be available starting November 1, 2024 on the Housing Portal, click "Housing Applications" and select "Winter 2025."
Winter Break Housing Rate
The cost to remain on campus for the entire winter break (December 24 - January 16) is $1010.
All residence halls will be open with limited services. Students who only need housing for a portion of the break should note that within the winter application to have their room booking adjusted accordingly and be billed the prorated nightly rate. Students applying for winter break housing do not need to complete a late stay request.
- Fall late stay will be allowed through December 24 at no additional cost, if students need housing past this point, they must apply for winter housing.
- Spring early arrival will be allowed starting January 16th at no additional cost, if students need housing prior to this point, they must apply for winter housing.
