The Office of Multicultural Graduate Graduate Fellow For Rising 360°
The OMA Rising 360° Graduate Fellow will provide support, leadership, and guidance in office programs, initiatives, and services directly related to the office mission and vision. The Graduate Fellow will assist in the continued enhancement of the university’s student success goals. By working towards this in ways of student sense of belonging, academic success, career preparedness and financial understanding.
The Rising 360° Graduate Fellow will support the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Assistant Director of Multicultural Affairs with outreach, recruitment and logistics of the Rising 360° program. The Graduate Fellow will guide academic resource development and academic engagement programming for all levels of students.
The Graduate Fellow will work with data management of the Rising 360 program to update new members into the program and track engagement of the participants. They may also work with other forms of data taken in from surveys and assessments.
This position will serve as a supervisor for a group of student employees that relate to the topics they oversee.
The Graduate Fellow will assist with general office functions and respond to inquiries from members of the university community and the public. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the department's social media presence and representing the office at campus recruitment and/or orientation events.
The Graduate Fellow will perform other related duties as assigned. Frequent evening, late night, and weekend work is required.
