Basic Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with students
- Acceptance into the M.Ed. Education Administration: Higher Education Option program
- Demonstrated integrity, initiative, openness, teamwork and a positive attitude
- Each position has additional specific requirements
Term and Compensation
The Graduate Fellowship is a 12-month appointment, which may be renewed upon satisfactory completion for an additional year. The compensation package for the position includes up to $15,000 for a full 12 month employment period, an academic year meal plan, and a single bedroom in a shared premium university apartment (shared with one other graduate fellow).
The various offices are also committed to the professional development of the Graduate Fellows, and offer extensive professional development opportunities within the university. Professional development funding for opportunities outside of UMass Lowell will be reviewed by departmental senior staff and will be available depending on the needs of the department and the availability of resources.
How To Apply
Applications for the initial round of Winter Interviews should be submitted by February 25. This group of applicants will be invited to interviews the second week of March 2022.
Applications received after February 25 will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.
