Grubhub has replaced Tapingo on campus for mobile food ordering. Grubhub lets you easily order takeout without the muss and fuss of confusing menus. Grubhub also lets you use your River Hawk dollars to make dining purchases on campus.
Step 1: Download the Grubhub app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Open the Grubhub app.
Step 3: Create a Grubhub account, if you don’t currently have one.
Step 4: Click on My Grubhub on the bar at the bottom of the screen. Then click on the gear in the top right of the screen to access the app settings.
Step 5: Click on Campus Dining and then click Find your campus.
Step 6: Search for University of Massachusetts – Lowell and select you Affiliation.
Step 7: Click on Add campus card. If you get a white screen you may need to disconnect from Wi-Fi.
Step 8: Log in with you University email credentials.
Step 9: Your UCard should now be added as a payment under the settings section of the app.
