Parking Permit Return Overview
Any individual that no longer needs parking can return their permit to the UCAPS office. To return a permit, please complete the Parking Permit Refund Application. Individuals with a physical permit (faculty/staff or carpool groups) must return their permit after completing this form to complete the process.
Once a parking permit refund application is completed and returned to UCAPS, the permit will be expired and access to parking lots will be removed from your UCard. For students, a refund may be available based on when the permit is returned in relation to the original purchase date as outlined in the schedule below.
Faculty / staff returning a parking permit will have their payroll deduction terminated for the next payroll cycle.
