Request Enrollment Verification

You can request enrollment verification through their SiS self-service for next business day processing. You may also submit verification forms via fax at 978-934-2041 or email to TheSolutionCenter@uml.edu. Students may also come into the Solution Center in person with a photo ID and one will be provided on the spot.
