Biosketch

Mina Lam serves as the Research Development Fellow for Research & Innovation. Her tasks include data collecting, updating the staff and faculty research newsletter, creating posts for all UML Research social media accounts, gathering information for grants and various R&D processes related to limited submissions and Research Centers and Institutes, and working with the Research Development team to update and maintain application platforms and support data collection and analysis.

From 2022-2023, she served as the UMass Lowell Student Trustee and Member of the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees, representing UMass Lowell undergraduate and graduate students and helping to advocate for all students from the University of Massachusetts system.

During her time at the university, she previously worked with River Hawk Scholars Academy (Graduate Assistant), Rist Institute for Sustainability and Energy (Sustainability Trail Intern), Rist DifferenceMaker Institute (Rist DifferenceMaker Co-op), University Advancement (Student Donor Engagement Officer & Moloney Student Fellow), Honors College (Honors Informational Peer & Honors Orientation Peer), and Residence Life (Resident Advisor).
