Harris Leads Trump 49% to 41% in National Survey
UMass Lowell’s Center for Public Opinion, in partnership with Marie Claire, conducted a survey from Friday, Aug. 9, to Saturday, Aug. 17, 2024, of 1,000 U.S. voters in the upcoming 2024 general election. The survey covered opinions of current political leaders, state of the nation concerns, economic hurdles, reproductive rights and more.

Key Findings:
- Among middle-aged women, Vice President Kamala Harris is favored over former President Donald Trump 49% to 41%, respectively.
