IBioNe Fellows Exchange Program
Applications to take part in the IBioNe Fellows Exchange Program will be considered on a rolling basis.
This opportunity is open to early career scholars in the area of biomanufacturing for biopharma related products to travel between the U.S. and another country, so please share this opportunity with those colleagues in your network who either attend a U.S.-based institution and would like to travel internationally or attend an international institution and would like to travel to the U.S. The period of exchanges will be based on the needs of the participating institutions and the availability of funds, but, on average, will be between one and three months. Program awardees will receive travel and living stipends.
You can choose from the networks listed on our website that you would like to join. Additional networks beyond the IBioNe members will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Who Is Eligible?
These people are eligible:
- Advanced graduate students
- Post-doctoral scholars and early faculty
Note: regardless of career status, due to restrictions on our current grant funding, we can presently only sponsor participants coming from or going to U.S.-based institutions. We cannot sponsor within country travel in the U.S. or between or within other countries at this time.
Note: Graduate student exchanges may also involve specific home and host institution eligibility requirements (such as being in good standing or reaching a certain advancement stage) beyond our control. We will work with you and your institution to determine what these are.
Priority will be given to applicants working on key focus areas within the IBioNe research scope.
