Abstract submission deadline at 11:59 p.m. Students who wish to enter the competition are required to submit an abstract using the online abstract submission form.

Video submission deadline at 11:59 p.m. Videos should not exceed 3 minutes.

Presentation videos for students in the oral presentation track will be available on the UMass Lowell Student Symposium YouTube channel for public viewing and voting.

Friday, March 15, 2024

Posters submission deadline at 11:59 p.m. Posters must be formatted in landscape orientation with the following dimensions: 36" (width) X 24" (height).

Students in the oral presentation track selected to continue to the final round of live presentations will be notified.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024

Student Symposium: Finalists in the oral presentation track will present live to a panel of judges. All students in the poster presentation track will present to judges and other attendees. Exact times TBA.
