Users requesting access to UMass Lowell applications should be familiar with the university’s security policies.

Computing Awareness and Data Security Compliance Statement

University policy requires all PeopleSoft users to sign the Computing Awareness and Data Security Compliance form. Before access can be granted to new users, a signed statement must be sent to the PeopleSoft Security Administrator.

UMass Lowell faculty, staff and student employees can request access to the Financials, Human Resources and Student Information System using the links displayed below. If you are a new hire or an existing user who needs to make changes to your current access, complete the appropriate form. The forms will be routed to your manager for approval and then to the appropriate Data Custodians for authorization. Use the same log-in credentials as your campus email account - your full UMass Lowell email account (first_last@uml.edu or first_last@student.uml.edu) and the corresponding password.

IT Confidentiality Acknowledgement Form 

All IT employees who maintain the confidentiality of university data are required to sign this form. A copy is sent to the Chief Information Security Officer.
