Biosketch
Looney has over 28 years of experience with technology projects including scope definition, design, development, schedule management, risk management, requirements gathering, and resource planning. Over his career, he has fulfilled a wide range of duties within engineering, product development, international operations, and quality management systems. Before founding Northeast Biomedical, Tim held several leadership roles at Creganna-Tactx Medical, CorNova, and Atrox Technologies.
In addition to his industrial experience, Looney has been a member of the adjunct faculty at UMass Lowell since 1998 where he teaches computer aided design and medical device design courses in the Francis College of Engineering and new product development courses in the Manning School of Business.
