All Centers for Learning, Advising & Student Success (CLASS) tutors are certified through a robust, accredited training program and are hired with a minimum 3.000 GPA and a UMass Lowell faculty recommendation. CLASS tutors have received a “B+” grade or better on any course they tutor.
