Tutoring is offered in person, with some remote options as well. Availability includes evenings and weekends, in addition to regular business hours. Whenever you feel you need assistance, you can drop in for tutoring at any of the locations across the UMass Lowell campus. Our tutors are ready to assist you starting the first week of each term. All Centers for Learning, Advising & Student Success (CLASS) tutors are certified through a robust, accredited training program and are hired with a minimum 3.000 GPA and a UMass Lowell faculty recommendation. CLASS tutors have received a “B+” grade or better on any course they tutor.
