Education Assoc. Prof. Phitsamay Uy has won the Manning Prize for Excellence in Teaching in recognition of her commitment to students and the campus community.
Supported by a three-year $483,324 grant from the Davis Educational Foundation, a new program at UMass Lowell will emphasize student engagement, encourage mentorship among faculty and students, and improve cultural competency across the university.
The new Faculty Success Center brings together the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, Academic and Instructional Technology and the ADVANCE Office for Faculty Equity at University Crossing.
