Graduates of UMass Lowell's Master of Education, Education Administration, Higher Education Option will be able to:
- Produce literature reviews based on higher education scholarship drawn from established peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Describe research-based practices for advancing the needs of all learners in higher education.
- Analyze a higher education policy or practice through a student development theory lens.
- Identify legal and ethical standards that intersect with contemporary higher education problems.
- Develop leadership action plans to address change and conflict in higher education.
- Demonstrate effective, efficient, and collaborative approaches to working in diverse higher education settings.
