Fitness Classes On Demand

The semester is busy we get it! Register for one of the following options and have a library of classes to choose from that fit your schedule. You can take classes in your home or bring your device and take class in our studios if they are open. All classes instructed by our fitness staff.  

Note: Within 24 hours of registration you'll receive a email with a link and password to all your virtual classes!

Options:

  • Chill - Increase your mobility, strength, stability, and mindset. 
  • Sweat - A library with a variety of kickbox, HIIT, & Zumba classes
  • Strength - A library with instructional classes using your bodyweight, dumbbells, and/or resistance bands.
