Guidelines
- Schedules will be determined by participation levels and interest.
- Instructors will teach you how to perform each exercise safely and suggest modifications to accommodate your fitness level.
- Our In Person Group Fitness Classes are available to all full time students, faculty, staff & Campus Recreation Center (CRC) Members
- All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the class descriptions to determine classes appropriate for your fitness level.
- It is not recommended that anyone takes more than two group fitness classes per day.
- Class schedules subject to change depending on class attendance / interest levels in new classes.
