Why aren't my website updates live?

After you make changes to your website on stage.uml.edu, you need to submit them to workflow to be approved by our team of web editors to be published live to uml.edu. Items submitted to workflow are approved within 24-48 hours, most on the day they are submitted (during work hours). Please email webcontent@uml.edu with questions.

Why can't I log into Tridion Content Management System?

Please ensure that you are connected to VPN if you are trying to access the stage.uml.edu off campus. Also, be sure that you have an account within the Tridion CMS. 

If you have account already, then log in using you UMass Lowell email account: Firstname_Lastname@uml.edu with email account password.
