Mission Statement

AMPP aims to

  • enhance the mentoring skills of faculty advisors, 

  • provide doctoral students roadmaps and tools to work with their advisors to develop their research competency, and 

  • facilitate the formation of the mentoring relationships between advisors and their advisees.
