The Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science to Master of Education program is designed for high achieving University of Massachusetts Lowell undergraduates who seek to pursue a career in teaching at the middle/secondary levels. The program leads to a master of education degree in curriculum and instruction, including initial Massachusetts teacher licensure. The program may be completed in one or two years.

Requirements
University of Massachusetts Lowell undergraduate students may apply to the program during the fall semester of their junior/senior year.
1. Successful applicants must have an undergraduate major in the specialization field in which they are seeking licensure as follows:

2. Applicants are expected to have a minimum grade point average of 3.000 in undergraduate work.
