The Club Sports Program prides itself on its efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the UMass Lowell community.
Clubs are open to full-time undergraduate and graduate students regardless of race, creed, sex, national origin, sexual orientation or disabilities. Divisions of competition for UMass Lowell Campus Recreation are men's, women's and open categories.
The University of Massachusetts (Campus) welcomes participation by all students in athletics activities and programs, and operates athletics activities and programs in full compliance with NCAA rules and state and federal anti-discrimination laws.
Competitive club leagues dictate eligibility guidelines set by their respective sports' governing body, which have specific standards for collegiate competition. For any additional questions or information, please contact Keith Jasie by email: Keith_Jasie@uml.edu.
Inclusive Campus Recreation Training (ICR)
As a main priority of Campus Recreation, Club Sports is proud to offer multiple diversity and inclusion-based training to our club leaders and coaches throughout the year.
You Can Play
We wanted to show our support for the >Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer+ (LGBTQ) community at UMass Lowell, so we decided to create a "You Can Play" YouTube video emphasizing that any student can play Club Sports no matter how you identify.
