As the assistant director of Business and Service Operations, Evan is responsible for the daily oversight of the UCard, Access, and Parking Services (UCAPS) customer service and financial operations and assists with departmental operations. He manages and oversees the front-end service staff, parking ambassadors, as well as the student staff. He also chairs the Parking Appeals Committee to ensure a consistent fair review of all parking appeals.
Prior to joining UCAPS, Evan worked in banking as a customer service relationship banker. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from UMass Boston in 2016.
