Adarcy'Len Williams is the graduate fellow for the Office of Multicultural Affairs at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Management, showcasing her commitment to both analytical thinking and organizational leadership.
During her undergraduate career, Adarcy'Len emerged as a prominent student leader, holding pivotal roles such as public relations & events chair in the Student Government Association and an event coordinator for the Black Student Union. Her dedication extended to volunteering with various campus clubs, serving as a peer mentor for the DC-CAP program and tutoring fellow students. Adarcy'Len is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management, aiming to transition into a career as a project manager. Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM fields, Adarcy'Len is dedicated to encouraging and inspiring young Black women to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. She remains committed to empowering underrepresented students to achieve their full potential. Adarcy'Len looks forward to continuing her work with young underrepresented students, striving to create opportunities and support systems that enable them to excel in their educational and professional journeys.
