Research Interests

My interests are in modeling groundwater dynamics in estuaries. I am currently focusing on saltwater intrusion into groundwater and aquifers across various estuaries on the East Coast of the USA, with a goal to understand how groundwater-surface water exchange may impact usable water sources. I am also a scholar of the Sustainable Water Innovations in Materials – Mentoring, Education, and Research (SWIMMER) National Science Foundation Research Traineeship (NRT) program.

Ph.D. student working under James Heiss, Ph.D.
