Forthcoming Changes to NASA Conflict of Interest Disclosure Requirements for Grant and Cooperative Agreement Recipients and Applicants

Grant Information Circular (GIC) 23-07 (pdf) implements revisions to the NASA “Grant and Cooperative Agreement Manual” (GCAM) (pdf) section 3.3, “Conflicts of Interest Policy”, and establishes a new term and condition, “D39: Conflict of Interest Policy Requirements”. The policy in this GIC outlines requirements for award recipients on the collection of financial interest information, the management of COI, and the disclosure of certain COI to NASA. The term and condition will apply to new and amended awards starting Dec. 1, 2023.
