Biosketch
Ken K. Mahmud is responsible for incubating emerging technologies. Dr. Mahmud has 30 patents in novel nanomaterials and their applications. He is also the author of 25 peer-reviewed book chapters and publications, including in Kirk-Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology, Encyclopedia of Polymer Science and Technology, Journal of Chemical Physics, Journal of Physical Chemistry, Journal of Polymer Science, Rubber Chemistry and Technology, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics and SPIE Proceedings. Prior to joining Triton, he held the R&D Director and Business Development Manager (North America) positions at Cabot Corporation. Dr. Mahmud obtained his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1988. He has also completed executive management programs at Harvard Business School, MIT and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
