Investigators conducting research funded by a Public Health Service (PHS) agency, the Department of Energy, or any other agency or institution following PHS Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Regulations are required to complete the CITI Training Module. You may add the module to your Learner Tools from within the CITI website, and click on the Conflict of Interest module at the bottom once logged in.
