Expertise
Latent Variable Modeling; Longitudinal Data Analysis; Intensive Multivariate Dynamics; Research Design and Methodology
Research Interests
My research area concerns methodological and statistical issues in behavioral and social sciences. Specifically, my work focuses on:
- Methods for studying multivariate dynamics and processes of change (e.g., time series analyses of daily diary data)
- Latent construct modeling, reliability, and validity (e.g., measurement models of personality)
- Process and measurement heterogeneity (e.g., unobserved subgroup identification and measurement invariance testing)
- Advances and recommendations concerning substantive methodology and research design (e.g., sampling plans and the development and evaluation of novel research methodology).
