Biosketch

Ashwin Mehta has been with UMass Lowell since 2005, teaching various management courses, both on campus and online. Prior to joining UMass Lowell, Mr. Mehta was CEO/President of Tariva, Inc. a software company (from 1999 to 2005) and CEO/President of Mehta Corporation (from 1991 to 1998). Prior to starting his own businesses, he worked with Honeywell and Groupe Bull in their information systems businesses. He held several management positions in marketing, product management and corporate planning. Mr. Mehta is a co-founder of Social Catalysts, a non-profit organization addressing social and environmental issues.
