Adam Roebuck is assistant professor of management in the Manning School of Business. He earned his Ph.D. in management from the University of Connecticut. His research interests include teams, social networks, and multilevel theory. In particular, his research focuses on understanding how teams can get the most out of members' competencies, whether that be through attention to compositional arrangements or processes that engender recognition and use of members' task competencies. In studying such phenomena, he tends to apply a dynamic, social network lens. He has conducted research in the context of Fortune 500 organizations and government entities like the U.S. Army and NASA.
