A quick reminder to let you know that if you need support, help, or someone just to listen, we are still (and always) here for you as long as you are an eligible enrolled student. We continue to have openings for first appointments for counseling with a UMass Lowell clinician within 48 hours of your reach out to us (2 business days). Counseling is confidential, free, safe, inclusive and affirming. We offer services in person and via Zoom. To schedule an appointment, call 978.934.6800 during regular business hours. Students needing to speak to a counselor immediately may contact our on-call counselor at any time, day or night, at 855-890-2879. Crisis support via text is available by texting 988.
