Faculty, are you interested in testing your ability to distinguish between student and ChatGPT writing? The Cognition and Aging laboratory in the Psychology Department at UMass Lowell is conducting a new research study to see how well people can identify ChatGPT’s writing. Results have implications for student learning and course design.

Who can participate?

• Full-time faculty
• Part-time or adjunct faculty
• Retired or emeritus faculty

• Contribute to research on ChatGPT in academia.

• This study will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
