Happy New Year and welcome back!
Please don’t forget to request Lecture Capture if you want to record and share your courses this semester.
UML can do so in most every classroom, but this process cannot be started without the request on your part.
- To use Lecture Capture, please go to the Information Technology Request page,
- log in,
- see what courses SiS has you scheduled to teach,
- check off which course(s) you want to have us record and
- click on Submit.
We will take it from there and will send out a confirmation for the recordings scheduled. (This happens a few times just prior to classes starting).
The recordings are typically available within 2 hours after recording and will be automatically transcribed for Closed Captioning.
The recommended method to share your recordings with your students is via Blackboard. Here are some brief video instructions on how to do this and some other common Echo Video tutorials.
Also, here is the link to login directly into Echo360. (Now called EchoVideo).
Questions? Contact us at help@uml.edu or call 978-934-4357.
Please Provide 24 Hour Notice for all recording requests during the semester.
