We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of TMA, our new work order system designed to make your experience easier, faster, and more efficient! Starting December 16, 2024, the TMA system will replace our current service request process, bringing significant improvements in how you submit and track work requests.

What TMA Offers You:
• Ease of Use: Enter work requests effortlessly via your phone or through a web-based process.
• Enhanced Transparency: Track the status and progress of your requests in real time.
• Streamlined Workflow: Improved internal workflows for Facilities mean faster resolutions for you!

What You Need to Know:
• The service request link on our webpage will automatically redirect to TMA starting December 16.
• Please remove any bookmarks to the old service request page before this date, as they will no longer work.
• The Facilities Team will be using the holiday weeks when campus occupancy is lighter to strengthen our familiarity with program attributes and ensure a smooth transition for everyone in January.
