As we gear up for UMass Lowell’s Alumni Homecoming weekend, we invite you to join us from wherever you are for a virtual kickoff discussion featuring a panel of distinguished young alumni. All are past recipients of our esteemed University Alumni Awards, one of our highest honors for alumni achievement and service.

For alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago (Class of 1974 and prior), reconnect with friends and forge new connections over a delightful lunch followed by a mini tour of the UML Arboretum.

Bring your family and friends who are looking at colleges to the Admissions Open House before heading to the Alumni Takeover of the Tsongas Center for the hockey game and gatherings that evening! You will have the opportunity to:

  • Hear from admissions representatives to get valuable information for preparing applications
  • Connect with the academic colleges, faculty and current students
  • Explore options to prepare for the financial aid process
  • Chat with current students and staff about campus and academic life
  • Obtain an application fee waiver*

Join us for a special Pickleball Tournament event during Homecoming for players ages 18 and older. Special discounts are available for veterans and active UMass Lowell students. All proceeds will benefit our veteran students and the UMass Lowell Campus Recreation Center.

(includes a game ticket, pre-game gathering activities, food and a portion will support students at UML)

Don’t miss out on this special reunion, which takes place just before the Alumni Takeover of the Tsongas Center, when the UML River Hawk hockey team take on the Colgate Raiders. Reunite with friends from Greek Life, Res. Life and Orientation over hors d’oeuvres, make memories, take selfies, enjoy activities for all ages, receive giveaways and more. You’ll also have the chance to reconnect with special guests!

Who says you can’t bring the spirit of Hawaii to New England? Join us for our Alumni Takeover of the Tsongas Center, featuring a vibrant Hawaiian-themed event with palm trees, leis and a special Hawaiian shirt giveaway. Before the hockey game that night, participate in an indoor festival featuring fun, family-friendly activities along the concourse. Stop by our special “Alumni Zone” in the Club Rooms where there will be special alumni memorabilia, a scavenger hunt, games, photos, music and more. Then take your seats to cheer on our River Hawk hockey team as they face off against the Colgate Raiders.
