Faculty and staff now have the option to indicate their pronouns on email signatures and website bios. This change allows members of our community to self-identify their personal pronouns while supporting a more welcoming and inclusive space for people of all genders.
To update your email signature, visit www.uml.edu/email-signature and add your pronouns. Instructions on how to copy and paste your signature into your email client are on the update page. Optionally, you may add a link to mypronouns.org to provide more awareness.
If you have a faculty/staff bio, Digital Strategy can add your pronoun to your bio. Update this form with your pronouns. Submitting the form creates a web ticket.
Additionally, you can add your pronouns to your Zoom profile by including them in your display name.
