Biography
Ju Myung (JM) Song is an Associate Professor in the Department of Operations and Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and serves as the PhD Coordinator in Decision Sciences.
He received his Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School. His research interests include Supply Chain Coordination, Marketing and Operations Interface, and Behavioral Operations Management. His work has been published in Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Omega, International Journal of Production Economics, and International Journal of Production Research, among others. He is currently an Associate Editor for Information Systems and Operational Research (INFOR).
He has taught Operations Management, Logistics and Transportation, Global Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Simulation and Optimization for Business Analytics, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior to joining UMass Lowell, he taught at the San José State University in California.
