Research Interests

Efficiency and Productivity issues

Dr. Chen's current research interests include efficiency and productivity issues in the operation of information systems, information technologyÍs impact on operations performance, and methodology development of Data Envelopment Analysis. Her work has appeared in such journals as the European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Information Technology & Management Journal, Annals of Operations research, OMEGA, Socio-Economic Planning Science, and others. She is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences (INFORMS).
