Biosketch
Linda Mallen serves as a corporate educator and university lecturer. After having progressively served in the insurance profession at the management levels from independent agency manager to director in a large corporation, and after having served as an educator prior to that business experience, corporate education was a natural step forward. Linda established Mallen Communications, an office for corporate development and education, in 1993. She presents in the training room and the university classroom an extensive and relevant work history in corporate education, higher education, business management, curriculum development, and needs assessment. She is a classroom-experienced, Massachusetts certified educator who has a Bachelor's degree from Merrimack College and a Master’s degree from Salem State University, and with extended graduate and professional management study. In consideration of the corporate work and interactions, she has maintained her professional licenses, designations and certifications… and has always been focused on continuing her professional development.
