Paul Jermain has 30 years’ management experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, training, and consulting organizations, ranging from start-ups to global organizations. Paul has over 20 years’ teaching experience, 7 years’ university experience, and extensive experience with start-ups. Degree - MBA, Marketing, Penn State, 1986. In addition, Paul produces an educational TV boating show with 230 episodes to date.
