Biosketch
Neil Cohen received his BA from Vassar College and his MPA from Columbia University. He holds several professional certifications including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Inspector General (CIG), and is a Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO). Neil has 32 years of public sector experience, including 27 years with the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General (OIG). Since 2018 he has been managing the Office’s training and compliance functions. Previously, he co-managed the Office’s investigations division. Neil is a frequent guest lecturer and presenter in academia, for professional organizations, civic groups, and public agencies. Neil also volunteers for the AARP’s Fraud Watch Network.
