Innovation Hub (110 Canal)

Located in the heart of Lowell’s revitalized Hamilton Canal District in the 110 Canal St. building, the Innovation Hub and M2D2 incubator offer co-working and research space as well as expert assistance for entrepreneurs and startups in the medical device and tech sectors. The two operations occupy a total of 22,000 square feet over two floors of the former Freudenberg Nonwovens mill. The NERVE Center occupies 10,000 square feet on two floors, as does the Fabric Discovery Center.
