Video Instructions For iOS Devices
- Connect to the UMassLowell Wi-Fi network.
- Open the Safari browser, navigate to Eduroam Device Configuration webpage, and tap iOS Device, then Get Started Now.
- Log in with your UMass Lowell email and password.
- Tap Install eduroam Profile and then tap Allow when prompted.
- Once the profile has been downloaded, close Safari and open Settings.
- Tap Profile Downloaded at the top of your settings, Install on the next two screens, and then Done after the profile finishes installation.
- Now go back to your Wi-Fi settings, forget the UMassLowell network, and then connect to eduroam to complete the setup process.

Open Settings, tap Wi-Fi, tap the blue i icon next to eduroam, and then tap Forget.
How to remove a wireless profile:
Open Settings, tap General, scroll down until you can tap Profiles, tap eduroam, and then tap Remove Profile.
