Biosketch

Neha Madhia, is a Senior Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201 Certified) and works with the IT Enterprise Applications team. Neha provides Salesforce Administration application support for the UMass Lowell campus along with the functional and technical support.

She collaborates with the Enterprise Applications project managers to support expansion of Salesforce CRM to Offices and Departments. Neha provides support as necessary during each stage of the project lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, vendor selection, design, build, test, security, training, documentation and communication.

She participates and manages governance of CRM application through meetings with core teams and application owners. Neha assists with scoping and design of solutions requiring Salesforce design & development.
