Biosketch
Doreen Bray is the Manager of Enterprise Applications. In this role, she provides strategy, application management, project management, business analysis and support for technology solutions serving the needs of the university. Reporting to the Associate CIO, Doreen leads a team of project managers, business analysts, students/co-ops, contractors and consultants to implement and sustain applications that support university goals. Current initiatives are focused on leveraging the Salesforce CRM platform to advance our "connected campus."
Doreen has been employed at UMass Lowell for over 30 years and has worked in various positions within Financial Aid and Information Technology. She has worked on a variety of projects throughout her career including the implementation of: Salesforce CRM, PeopleSoft/Oracle Campus Solutions, One-Stop/Solution Center, student counseling software, project/portfolio management software, facility scheduling and management software.
An alumna of UMass Lowell, Doreen has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Doreen is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and a certified Salesforce Administrator.
