Our space addresses the needs of "open innovation" startups by offering them working and laboratory space and access to office resources in the short term, rather than long-term, expensive business leases.
A startup may only need one desk and internet access for six months, then a private office and lab space for a year, then room for six employees. Many startups like to locate with other startups – where they learn from, and share with each other.
