The Music Department offers two ensembles featuring diverse cultures and instruments.
Latin Music Ensemble
This World Music Latin Ensemble features contemporary and classic Salsa, Bachata and Bolero music. Ensemble members often write out arrangements for the group, whose instrumentation can include vocalists, brass, guitars and various percussion instruments. Cambodian Ensemble
An immersion into the music of non-western cultures, the Cambodian Ensemble provides instrumental and vocal instruction in the Cambodian tradition, as well as an introduction to the theory and cultural contexts that shape the practice of traditional music.
