As part of their graduation requirement, students must enroll in 4 credits of chamber ensembles. There are many options for combinations of orchestral strings, woodwinds, brass and piano. Combinations are contingent on the availability of instrumentation and coaches. Repertoire for these ensembles is generally classical. They can include:
String Quartet/Quintet
- String Quartet & Woodwind Quintet (Nonet)
- Brass or Woodwind Quintet
- Piano Trio (violin, viola, cello & piano)
- Baroque Trio Sonata (flute/oboe/violin and continuo)
