Biosketch
Michelle Veilleux's principal teaching areas are in the fields of business law, business ethics, commercial transactions, real property law, legal research and legal writing. She teaches in the undergraduate program and the Division of Graduate, Online and Professional Studies. Professor Veilleux is licensed to practice law in Colorado, New York, and Massachusetts. She has been practicing law since 2000 in the areas of business law, estate planning, probate and trusts, and real estate, including commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, foreclosures, and land use matters. She enjoys bringing her law practice experience to the classroom to help illustrate legal concepts and theories to students.
She is also a faculty advocate for the River Hawks Scholars Academy (RHSA).
