Academic Year 2024-2025
As part of our Faculty Senate charter "to study and make recommendations on those academic policies and programs which will have a significant impact on available resources," we are continuing our task force on interdisciplinary programs and policies. For the second year, the task force will study specific questions to establish a clear picture of current programs on campus and those at other institutions. The larger goal is to establish a clear understanding of our interdisciplinary policies and programs, a census of current practices, and recommendations on any revisions needed as we prepare for the potential growth of undergraduate and graduate interdisciplinary programs.
The task force will report its findings at a spring 2025 meeting of the Faculty Senate.
